How many passengers does a bus fit?
Brooks Transportation carries various size buses ranging from 52-84 passenger buses. The grade level of the passengers, will determine how many people fit onto the buses.
Elementary age passengers (4th Grade or younger), can sit/fit 3 to a seat, which means our largest buses will fit 84 passengers, and 78 on our slightly smaller buses. (this passenger amount will always be less, depending on the number of adults)
Passengers that are 5th Grade or older, can only fit/sit 2 to a seat, which means our largest buses will fit 56 passengers, and 52 on our slightly smaller buses.

What is your cancellation poilicy?
- Brooks Transportation reserves the right to charge a fee for the cancellation of buses. Once you submit the bus request form, and receive an invoice/confirmation from us, a bus is reserved for you. If a bus is cancelled after this, you will incur a cancellation fee.
- Brooks Transportation is fully booked 90% of the time. If you cancel your bus, you are cancelling a bus that could have been reserved by another customer.
